Lirik lagu ini unik dan lucu banget, selucu para penyanyinya. Flight of the Conchords, adalah duo komedian asal New zealand yang berspesialisasi pada lagu-lagu bergenre komedi. Yap, mereka nyanyi sambil ngelawak. Duo ini terdiri dari Bret McKenzie dan Jemaine Clement. Muka mereka berdua juga gak kalah konyol kalau lagi beraksi.

Lagu I'm not Crying ini emang cukup unik, mungkin penyanyi lain akan menyanyikan lagu putus cinta yang sedih menyayat hati, tapi duo ini malah menciptakan lagu putus cinta yang konyol dan bisa bikin ngakak. Saat mendengarkan lagu itu pertama kali, kesan pertama adalah suara mereka berdua sama sekali tidak bagus, dan liriknya benar-benar aneh dan sama sekali tidak puitis, namun itulah faktor-faktor yang berhasil membuat saya terpingkal-pingkal, tak heran jika lagu I'm not Crying ini menjadi top 10 lagu dengan lirik terlucu versi Radio AOL, emang lucu banget kok...
